Are you a true storyteller and bitten by real estate? Are you looking for a job with a lot of autonomy but where you can spar as part of a team? Then you are the ideal candidate to join our marketing team. Your mission? Taking our content and communication to the next level.

What are your main tasks?

  • You will research our buyer persona and reach the right audience through punishing content and campaigns.
  • You define a clear content strategy. You also create a content calendar and decide which content will be distributed through which channel.
  • Together with your team, highlight our real estate projects through social, search, display, video, native and/or email marketing.
  • You manage the social media accounts.
  • You will be responsible for communication and branding in Dutch and French. You write whirlwind copy (ads, blog posts, white papers, e-books, etc) yourself or outsource it to skilled copywriters.
  • You will work closely with colleagues in the marketing and sales team. Sales and marketing form a tandem.
  • You manage both internal and external communications.
  • You will report to the marketing director.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a content marketer. Experience within the real estate market is an added advantage.
  • You are familiar with the various domains in digital marketing such as SEO, paid media (such as SEA, display), email marketing, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • You are independent and have a sense of initiative.
  • You enjoy working conceptually, but are also a doer who brings operational tasks to fruition.
  • You are creative and have a good basic knowledge of Adobe CC software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
  • You possess a fluent & commercial pen.
  • You are perfectly bilingual Dutch-French.
