As business unit manager, I am responsible for the ins and outs of GROW. My real passion lies in land acquisition and development projects. I love seeing a project evolve through conceptual development, construction and completion. If the customers are also satisfied, my mission is completely successful. After all, that’s what we do it for!
After 7 intense but equally instructive months in sales, I made the switch to marketing. There I let my creativity run wild, but also learned to deal with highly technical and IT-related issues. Now I am also responsible for human resources, and getting to know this new department is a new exciting challenge for me. Every day my job is a new adventure in which I am constantly discovering new things, thinking outside the box, but also having a lot of fun with my colleagues.
