Do you want to start within an entrepreneurial company? Want to take your career one level higher within the challenging real estate industry? Then you may be the ideal match!

Grow is a real estate developer specializing in the construction, sale and operation of investment properties such as business apartments, hotels and senior apartments. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to introduce these projects to interested buyers.

What are your main tasks?

  • You follow up on your leads (mainly generated by marketing) and accompanies them from first contact to their property purchase. Here you will be intensively guided and coached by your sales manager.
  • You visit potential buyers and provide focused and clear advice on their purchase.
  • By actively listening, you understand the needs and wants of your (potential) clients and translate them into appropriate real estate projects.
  • You will organize open days and participation in real estate fairs, such as the Second Home expo.

Who are we looking for?

  • You already have successful experience in a commercial role, ideally within B2C.
  • Experience within real estate is an asset but not a must.
  • You possess a commercial mindset.
  • You are results-oriented and can work independently.
  • You pride yourself on excellent customer service and put customer satisfaction first.
  • You are an eternal optimist with a smooth and empathetic nature.
