As a sales manager, your objective is to follow up with your sales team, ensuring an optimal customer experience. You will achieve your targets and contribute to the continued growth of our organization. You do this by actively engaging in team development, training, field coaching, quality internal and external communication.

What are your main tasks?

  • You are responsible for sales results through:
    • Active coaching, motivating, inspiring and managing the sales team (4 to 5 sales)
    • Organizing weekly sales meetings
    • Individually follow up on sales files and sales appointments. In doing so, you will also join the field and close contracts.
    • Monitoring results closely and reporting KPIs internally
  • Maintaining and expanding contact with current customers
  • You will work closely with marketing, customer service and report to the sales director.
  • You will help continuously improve the current sales process and customer experience.
  • You always maintain a good overview of current evolutions in the real estate market and communicate these to your team.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the B2C sector and preferably also initial experience as a coach.
  • You are easily approachable and love human contact.
  • You are an eternal optimist and have a smooth personality
  • You are an excellent people manager, able to motivate and inspire others to achieve results together
  • You have strong communication skills and can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French.
  • Drive, sense of initiative and commercial vision are peculiar to who you are.
